On May 10, our first graders welcomed guests to experience “Earth Gallery,” a culminating celebration of their social studies and science curriculum. The Community Room was transformed into an art gallery created by the students, who also put on a performance in which they each played a part in telling the story of the Earth and evolution through art, song, and mini monologues—starting with the Big Bang through the era of early humans.
