Student Perspectives on Diversity Leadership

In Oakwood’s ongoing efforts to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community, it is our students who best express the meaning and rewards of this work. This video series features delegates who attended the 2019 NAIS Student Diversity Leadership Conference. Each student offers a unique perspective on their journeys towards understanding the experience and honoring the dignity of every human being.

On April 7, 2021, the Office of DEI Programs and Parent Org Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (PODEI) hosted a community celebration of student voices who attended both the 2020 and 2021 SDLC conferences.
